I have a bad news, returned the pain on my left knee because of I was running today. I put fomentation on it. The other hand, the stuff of which I bought on Amazon is arrived, that parcel include Text book of TOEFL iBT. I begin to study to forcus on TOEFL. Maybe, I will go to groucery for making White source Pasta tonight.

今日走ったら左膝の痛みが再発したので、今は湿布を貼って過ごしています。

一方で、今日Amazonで注文したTOEFLのテキストが届きました。

これでTOEFL照準を合わせて勉強を始めることになります。

多分ですが、このあと今晩の夕食に作りたいと思っているホワイトソースのパスタのためにスーパーに行くと思います。
