Today, I studied with my friends for tomorrow examination at UCSC. They are taking a Japanese class, it is the most high-level class. Then they learn about Keigo and Yakuwarigo something like that. And they have to read the book written by Haruki Murakami. I felt the novel is difficult for understanding nuance.

今日は友人たちと明日のテストに向けた勉強をUCSCでしました。彼らは日本語の一番上のクラスを取っていて、今は敬語や役割語などについて学んでいます。そして、村上春樹の本を読まなくてはならず、小説のニュアンスを理解するのはとても難しいと感じました。
